The
Taylor County Board of Directors has requested
an audit of possible financial irregularities
involving library funds. A private auditor will
be working with the state auditor, the West
Virginia Library Commission and other agencies
to ensure any irregularities are addressed.
The library’s financial
condition remains secure, no services or
programs will be cut, the library is fully
staffed and operating hours remain the same.

free, age appropriate book monthly to
children of Taylor County from birth to five!
Who is eligible?
All children who live in Taylor County age
birth to five!
How do I start receiving books?
A child's parent, grandparent, or
legal guardian must complete a registration
form.
